Zabbix notifications are very important components which can be integrated with nearly all communication and broadcast mediums to efficiently share the issues and problems occured on the zabbix.
To enable and configure the notification medium we can navigate into Alerts > Media types
section on the zabbix dashboard.
Once the mediatype is selected and configured we can configure notifications sent to the users to streamline and manage the alerts triaging in no time.
To enable notification we can configure it under Alerts > Actions > Trigger Actions
section to configure the Notifications :
This is how we can configure notifications , We can play with the notifications by tuning this section into our own requirements to ensure Triage levels & escalations.
Alternatively we can configure notifications on the user level under Users > users > <user>
section on the zabbix dashboard.
