Mobile Attacks

A mobile attack refers to any form of cyberattack specifically targeting mobile devices, such as smartphones, tablets, and other portable devices. These attacks can exploit vulnerabilities in the mobile operating systems (e.g., Android or iOS), apps, or the networks they connect to. The goal is often to steal sensitive data, gain unauthorized access, or disrupt the device's functionality.

The Low Orbit Ion Cannon (LOIC) and High Orbit Ion Cannon (HOIC) are tools used to carry out DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attacks, which overwhelm a target website or server with massive traffic to make it inaccessible.

• LOIC is simpler and floods a target with traffic using TCP, UDP, or HTTP requests, often from a single computer.

• HOIC is more advanced, capable of handling larger-scale attacks with multi-threading and custom payloads, targeting multiple sites at once.
